Pilates

Pilates is a unique form of exercise. It involves a combination of strengthening and stretching exercises, which aim to improve your core stability muscles. Pilates is a safe form of exercise that can be adapted to all levels, depending on your ability and age.

Pilates can also help you with various conditions including Post natal problems, Chronic back and neck pain and many more.
